Usage:
Abhyanga (Physical Massage) pain thailam –
1) Thailam stored in copper bowl / silver bowl has more added advantage.
2) Daily or weekly twice, use the thailam in slightly hot condition. Apply thoroughly to the whole body or affected parts atleast one hour before bath (or keep maximum for maximum benefits) to absorb thailam.
3) After application, expose in sunlight for a minimum 30 minutes for an added advantage.
4) Then wash with hot water, for body wash use snana powder & hair wash use hair wash powder. It gives better result for skin maintenance.
