Procedure: After applying prescribed medicated oil to affected part or entire body, a pan is heated at low flame/low temperature and Othadam pack is heated and then gently pressed on the affected part of the body, when the heat of the pack reduces place it on the pan and repeat this process as prescribed.

Precautions: 

Make sure the pack is not too hot, by feeling it with your own hand or wrist.

Duration of the treatment: 

The entire treatment is given as directed by the Physician (Usually it will be around 15-30 mins).
