Usage:

Apply the Thailam around the neck, forehead, both sides of nose, above the eyebrows, middle and around ears, chest, scapula & ribs area, palm & foot. After applying the Thailam gentle massage can be given for 10 minutes with thumb or finger tips (clockwise & anticlockwise direction) and leave it. In winter (cold) season while travelling in open air, applying the Thailam in the sulcus of the ear will prevent cough & cold (or) as directed by the physician.
